The machine host of the optical fiber laser plate tube integrated machine is composed of bed, beam, exchange workbench, z-axis device, operation control part, air circuit, water circuit, etc.

For the pipe cutter, all pipe devices are added at the left end of the flat plate, and the pipe cutting is limited to round pipe, square pipe and rectangular section pipe. The front-end chuck and the rear-end chuck adopt automatic clamping mode. Double chucks are driven by double synchronous motors to ensure the rotation accuracy of pipes. The pipes are fed from the left rear end of the machine tool, and the finished products are dropped from the left front end of the machine tool. The feeding and blanking are supported by supports.
