Vmc650 CNC milling machine is a semi closed-loop vertical machining center with X, y and Z three-axis servo direct control. The three axes are divided into hard rail and (optional: rolling linear guide). The guide rail has large load, wide span, high precision, compact and reasonable structure and overall dimensions. The main shaft is driven by servo motor through the same step belt. It can realize the one-time clamping of various complex parts such as discs, plates, shells, cams and molds, and can complete the processing of various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming and rigid tapping. It is suitable for the production of multi variety, medium and small batch products, and can meet the processing of complex and high-precision parts. It can be equipped with a fourth rotating shaft to meet the processing requirements of special parts.

HT300 cast iron is adopted for the main foundation parts such as base, sliding seat, workbench, column and headstock; The substructure is a box structure, and the compact and reasonable symmetrical reinforcement structure ensures the high rigidity, bending resistance and damping performance of the foundation parts; A-span column and internal grid reinforcement effectively ensure the rigidity and accuracy of z-axis strong cutting; The basic parts are molded with resin sand and aging treatment, which provides a guarantee for the stability of the long-term service performance of the machine tool.
